Divemaster

The PADI Divemaster course is a professional-level training program that teaches you how to lead and supervise scuba diving activities. It is the first step in becoming a dive professional and is designed to build on the skills and knowledge you gained as a PADI Open Water Diver and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver.

During the Divemaster course, you will learn about diving leadership and supervision, dive theory, dive planning, risk management, and dive skills. You will also have the opportunity to practice your dive skills and develop your leadership abilities by assisting with training exercises and real-world dive activities.

To qualify for the PADI Divemaster course, you must be at least 18 years old and have a current PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certification and a current Emergency First Response (EFR) certification (or qualifying training). You must also have at least 40 logged dives and have completed the PADI Rescue Diver course (or qualifying training).

Upon successful completion of the Divemaster course, you will be certified as a PADI Divemaster and will be able to work as a professional dive leader, leading and supervising scuba diving activities, and assisting PADI Instructors with training programs.
